I have found a car I like on your website, what do I do now?
Call us on 01522 520747 to check availability for viewing. Then visit us as soon as possible - a deposit of £200 will secure the car for 3 days.

Do you accept part exchange?
Yes, part exchange is always welcome. We will take any car in part exchange, with or without an MOT - even motor bikes and caravans. Due to new DVLA rules, we regret that we cannot accept a vehicle in part exchange without a full log book.

Do you arrange Finance?
Yes we do. Andrews Car Centre are licensed credit brokers with some of the largest high street banks. We have finance plans to suit all budgets (subject to status, terms and conditions apply).

I have some outstanding finance on my current vehicle; can I still buy another?
Yes, don't worry. At Andrews Car Centre our highly trained staff will handle all that for you. You can settle any outstanding finance (even if you owe more than your car's value), often reducing your payments and upgrading your car with no cash needed.

Can I have some cash back on my new car?
A new car does not mean that you have to sacrifice any other of life's luxuries; at Andrews Car Centre you can have both!!! Many of our customers choose to take cash back as part of their new deal as a way of paying for Christmas or a holiday etc. Just ask one of our customer advisors for details.

What are the documents i require for finance?
- A full UK Driving licence (showing your current address - photo card and counterpart must be produced.)
- Utility bill (dated within the last 3 months)
- Any other proofs required by the finance company.

Can I get a guarantee?
Many of the cars have the balance of the manufacturer's guarantee. In addition we offer the option of a 1, 2 or 3 year guarantee which can start when the manufacturer's guarantee ends. Our guarantees are very comprehensive, giving mechanical and electrical cover.

Can I drive my vehicle away the same day?
Yes, many of our customers choose to drive the new car away the same day. If you wish to take advantage of this service please bring the following:
- Driving Licence (holders of photo ID licence must bring counterpart).
- Utility bill (preferably home phone bill showing current address and dated
within the last 3 months).
- Proof of signature (passport,credit,switch card etc.)
- Last 2 wage slips.
- Your part exchange documents (if applicable).
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR LOG BOOK V5 IF YOU WISH TO PART EXCHANGE
- Current insurance details.
- Subject to the car being serviced and valeted prior to this day (please ring to check prior to leaving home).

What are the documents needed for collection of my new vehicle?
- A full UK Driving licence (showing your current address - photo card and counterpart must be produced.)

- A certificate of motor insurance or a cover note for your new vehicle is needed at least 24 hours before collection to enable us to tax the vehicle for you. (Fax copies are not accepted at the post office or DVLA)
- Proof of signature (passport, credit/switch card etc)

What are the documents needed for the vehicle i am part exchanging?
- Log book in your name and current address
- MOT certificate
- Car keys (including spare sets)
- Service history
If you are unable to provide any of the documents we have asked for, please contact us before you are due to collect your car and this may avoid delays on collection.

How are the vehicles prepared?
All of our cars come with:
- A 120 point check, valet and a minimum of 6 months MOT.
- Diagnostic check on all cars.

How can I pay for my car?
We can accept payment via Delta, Electron, Solo and Switch Debit cards and we also accept all major credit cards, but unfortunately must add a 1.86% surcharge (1.95% for business visa) for this service.
We do accept cash, however under the anti money laundering regulations we cannot accept cash in excess of £9000 for any one transaction or series of transactions.
We also accept bankers drafts and building society cheques. If paying by personal cheque you must allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear. (All cheques should be made payable to John H.B. Andrews Ltd.)

Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
Not unless you want to reserve a car. Our opening times are Mon - Fri 8.30 am - 6 pm, Sat 8.30 am - 5 pm and Sun 11 am to 5 pm.
